Trader Joe's Blood Orange Pound Cake

Kicking off Easter Weekend with a delicious Blood Orange Pound Cake from Trader Joe's

I am a fan of TJ’s cake mixes and this one was no different 🍰. I don’t think I’ve ever had a blood orange, so I wasn’t 100% sure what to expect. I loved it! 🙋‍♀️ It’s the perfect pound cake for spring 💐 The cake was moist and airy and had a lovely citrus flavor. It has a deep orange color as you can see. The frosting was bright and packs a ton of citrus which complements the cake nicely 👌🏽

Trying really hard not to eat this whole pound cake by myself so I am taking some to work 😅

I saw they have a new 🍋 Meyer Lemon Cake Mix I definitely need to get my hands on!
