🌽Corn - canned or boiled on the cob (1/4 cup)
🌽 Grits of your choice. I used quick grits from @quacker (1 serving)
🌽Heavy cream
🌽Belton Farms Double Gloucester Cheese with Onion and Chives - find it at Publix
🌽Truffle Salt
🌽Pepper
🌽Butter
Instructions
Make your grits as instructed in the box
Set heat to low
Add 1 tablespoon of butter, a splash of heavy cream, corn to taste, truffle salt, pepper, and shredded cheese. Stir until combined.
Serve topped with more cheese and corn. Garnish with fresh chives.
