Easy Pumpkin Overnight Oats

These Pumpkin Overnight Oats are the perfect fall breakfast! 🍁They are very east to make, and require very little effort on your part. I made them last night, and I’m already planning on making them again! 🤗

👩‍🍳The trick is to add as much or as little of these ingredients to taste. I don’t measure these out, but here is an approximate measurement of the ingredients I use:

All goodies by @traderjoes:

🔸1 Cup of Pumpkin Oat Milk

🔸1 Cup of Rolled Oats

🔸7oz Plain Greek Yogurt

🔸2-3 Tips Chia Seeds

🔸1-2 Tbps Pumpkin Puree
🔸Honey

🔸Pumpkin Spice

🔸Chopped Pecans (topping)

1️⃣In a large bowl mix: Milk, Yogurt, Puree

2️⃣Mix in: Oats & Chia Seeds

3️⃣Season with pumpkin spice and honey to taste - you can also use maple syrup, I personally prefer honey.

4️⃣Separate into smaller containers

5️⃣Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours

6️⃣Top with pecans and drizzle with honey.

🧡 Adjustments 🧡

•All ingredients except the oats and chia seeds are interchangeable.

•Use any milk of your choice

•Adjust milk for liquid v dry consistency

•Add more Chia seeds for a pudding-like consistency

•Add more yogurt for thicker consistency + brighter taste

💾 Save so you won’t forget 😉⁣
